When I responded to him that I did NOT authorize him to close the account he said that I apologize for the inconvenience. The customer service rep closed my account without me telling him to do it. I planned to do this after my loss promotion was received. I opted into the promotion, even though it want the promotion I had expected when I signed up, I mentioned to the customer service person that I was disappointed and would clos my account. They said that the promotion wasn’t valid and the only promotion was the 1,000 casino loss promotion.
I didn’t receive and reached out to customer service. I signed up under the impression I would receive a deposit match of 750. Terrible customer service-wont pay loss promotion
